I got these sweat rash since 2 months ago and i have no idea how to get rid it!!

Even though i had bought this medicine where the sensei told me that it works, but after i have been using it for almost a month, but it seems doesn't work!!

Totally got 5 sweat rash,  how to get rid all these sweat rash huh?? :(
