Stupid Guest!

I think if i still working in my current company, my life will be shortened! Cos at last i think i will get high blood pressure!!!

Yesterday, i met another STUPID GUEST in our resort. I dunno whether she was not understand what i was talking about or she was deaf! ...

She complaint the room air-cond not functioning well and request for remote control. Okay, i told her, if she wants the remote control, she has to pay the RM50.00 deposit, after check out we will refund back.

But she refused to pay the RM50.00 deposit and compared our resort with other hotels. She said how come other hotels got air-cond remote control, but ours not. And she said very "Ridiculous", ( i began lost my tempered already), i replied back " What's so ridiculous? If we no request guests for the RM50 deposit, if hundreds of them lost or brought the remote control back, how? This is our company procedure miss.."

She replied back to me," WHAT I'M GONNA DO WITH U THIS REMOTE CONTROL?? RIDICULOUS!" Oh gosh!! I really cannot tahan her already. how come she is so stubborn!!! A last i replied to her, " Okay la miss, like this, i will call our maintenance to check and see first the air-cond, so can you give me ur room number pls??"

At first she refused me to call the maintenance to go her room check the air-cond, i also don't know why, but finally she agreed. I CANNOT TAHAN HER is she likes to say " ridiculous" , what's so ridiculous i also don't understand. Really PENING with these kind of guests.

Customers are not always right sometimes!!!
