The next day morning, another pastor came to my office and apologized to me for the "Mother Fucker"'s rudeness. The pastor said it was not my fault and they shouldn't blame me. And i just told her it's okay, i never angry with the "Mother Fucker" (Haha..she didn't know how angry i was yesterday becos of the "Mother Fucker").

Being scolded by guests sometimes is very common if you are working in hotel line. You may be scolded on the phone or infront of guests. I swear sometimes guests were really really fussy & demanding. Their fussy-ness & demanding sometimes were really over limit! Wtf!
